Senior Engineer

Robyn Cooper is a Senior Engineer with Fall Creek Engineering and is a Registered Professional Engineer in California. During her time at FCE, Robyn has worked in the field of civil and environmental engineering with a focus in water resource and water quality engineering. Robyn is a lead designer for Civil and Environmental Engineering projects in the office and manages staff, budgets, scheduling, and scoping of new projects. In addition, she is a Qualified SWPPP Developer/Practitioner (QSD/QSP).

Robyn has a broad range of design experience including site assessment, preparation of comprehensive design plans with technical and construction documents and specifications, project permitting, construction supervision, and post-construction monitoring. During her tenure at FCE, she has overseen the successful completion and installation of civil and low impact development (LID) projects, bridge installation and replacement projects, stormwater management and mitigation projects, stream and wetland habitat restoration projects, and water and wastewater treatment projects. Robyn has been solicited to present at workshops and conferences to present her work on urban runoff and stormwater management. Robyn’s expertise includes data collection, hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, site surveying, and water quality sampling and monitoring. Robyn utilizes advanced computer applications including AutoCAD, Civil3D, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, and other software to complete her stormwater management, water resources, and restoration projects.

Robyn has worked on a variety of international projects including the development of design standards for hospitals and health care facilities in Liberia and Hospital site design plans in Rwanda.

Robyn holds a B.S. degree in Environmental Resource Engineering from Humboldt State University and a M.S. degree in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University.
