FCE opened its office in Santa Cruz, California in 1994 and has become a well established firm highly regarded in the fields of Low Impact Development (LID), civil site design and engineering, decentralized water and wastewater engineering, and ecological and restoration engineering.
Our senior staff has extensive project experience in all levels of engineering and project management including initial problem assessment and master planning, engineering design and cost estimating, project permitting, and construction supervision. FCE is dedicated to the success of a project from preliminary planning to final build out. FCE works in a team oriented atmosphere to successfully complete projects on time and on budget.
